Property operations software company Facilio – a member of the Proptech Association – has closed a deal to partner with RA International, a London-based provider of construction, integrated facilities management and supply chain solutions in remote locations across Africa and the Middle East.
RA International serves primarily UN agencies, Western governments and global corporations. It builds and designs infrastructure, operates and maintains remote camps, and manages the complex supply chains these operations require.
Facilio’s Connected CAFM or Computer-Aided Facilities Management platform provides RA International with a multi-faceted solution to enhance its operations, particularly in remote and challenging locations.
The platform delivers real-time visibility and control, enabling efficient management of diverse systems, while enhancing security through role-based access controls and adherence to ISO security standards.
By utilising real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and automated workflows, RA International can optimise resource allocation, minimise downtime and improve efficiency.
Founded in 2004, RA International has become a trusted brand in its sector.
Ryan Hattingh, Head of Integrated Facilities Management at RA International, said: “I selected Facilio’s CAFM solution after conducting thorough market research on comparable systems and determined that it provides a robust, centralised platform capable of seamlessly integrating with SFG20, the UK’s recognised standard for planned maintenance.”
This partnership will enable RA International to continue delivering high-quality services while upholding strict compliance and security standards in some of the world’s most demanding environments.
It ensures compliance with UK regulatory standards by integrating with the SFG20 standard, which is crucial for managing high-security facilities with stringent reporting requirements.
