These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership with Proptech Australia ("we," "us," or "our"). By applying for and/or maintaining membership with Proptech Australia, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Proptech Australia offers various membership categories, each with its own set of benefits and fees. Details of these categories, including eligibility criteria and associated fees, are available on our website. We reserve the right to change membership categories and fees at our discretion.

Applications for membership are subject to approval by Proptech Australia. We reserve the right to refuse membership to any applicant at our discretion. Upon acceptance of your application, you will be notified and your membership will become active upon payment of the applicable membership fee.

• Not engage in any activity that could harm the reputation or interests of Proptech Australia or its members.

• Provide us with accurate and up-to-date contact information.

• Promptly notify us of any changes to your contact information or membership details.

All materials provided to members as part of their membership, including but not limited to presentations, documents, and online resources, are the intellectual property of Proptech Australia or its licensors. Members may use these materials for their own internal purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise them without our prior written consent.

Members may have access to confidential information belonging to Proptech Australia or other members. You agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

Your membership may be terminated by:

• Proptech Australia, for breach of these Terms, non-payment of membership fees, or any other reason deemed appropriate by us.

Upon termination of your membership, you will forfeit all membership benefits and will no longer be entitled to represent yourself as a member of Proptech Australia. No refunds will be issued for membership fees already paid.

To the extent permitted by law, Proptech Australia will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your membership, including but not limited to any loss of business, profits, or data.
